The short version: this website does not use cookies, does not run analytics or ad-tracking scripts, and the "Contact" link on the homepage is a plain email link, so nothing you type is ever submitted to or stored on our servers. This page explains that in full, plus what changes once you become a client.
What this website collects
Nothing, currently. There are no forms on eigenmedia.co. The "Start a conversation" and contact links open your own email client via a standard mailto: link, addressed to [email protected]. Whatever you choose to send is a normal email, handled the same way any email you send is handled, and is not captured or logged by this website.
This site does not set cookies, does not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising script, and does not use any third-party embed that would collect data on your behalf.
If that changes
If we ever add analytics or an ad pixel to measure the site's own performance, we will update this page first and, where required by law (including for visitors in the EU/UK under GDPR), ask for your consent before anything non-essential loads.
What we collect if you become a client
Once a Service Agreement is signed, onboarding uses a secure Intake Ledger to collect what's needed to run your retainer: business information, current marketing numbers, brand assets, and platform access grants. That information is used solely to deliver the services described in your agreement.
- Platform access is never a password. We use each platform's own partner or delegated-access system. You can revoke access at any time, from your side, in one click.
- Your information is never sold. We don't share or sell client data to third parties. It is used to run your marketing, not anyone else's.
- Ad spend runs on your own accounts. We never hold or process your ad budget directly.
How long we keep it
Client information is retained for the length of the engagement, plus whatever additional period is required for our own accounting and legal recordkeeping afterward. You can request deletion of your data at any time; anything we're required to retain for legal or tax purposes will be noted when you ask.
Your rights
Wherever you're located, you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to tell you exactly what we have. Email [email protected] and you'll get a real reply from a real person, not a ticket number.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a new effective date. We won't change how a signed client's data is handled without telling that client directly.
